What work it does

Answer, resolve, book and hand over customer requests across the channels your organization already uses.

  • AI receptionist

Answer inbound calls using approved business information, capture the reason for contact and route the caller.

Who it is for

Service or contact-centre head, COO

Service operations and ICT
Trigger
Missed calls, repetitive enquiries, queues or inconsistent after-hours coverage
Best first step
An AI receptionist, or one high-volume enquiry and booking workflow

Where it stops

When the answer is uncertain or the action is restricted, the agent stops and hands over to a person rather than inventing an answer. That handover is part of the product, not a failure of it.

Capability scope

What this can do today.

Each capability carries its availability status and its deployment scope. Planned items are labelled as planned. Nothing here is a promise we have not scoped.

Pilot only

What you provide

What it needs from you.

  • Approved FAQs, services, locations and operating hours
  • Escalation rules and the teams behind them
  • Customer-identification requirements
  • A phone number or web channel to answer on
  • A booking, helpdesk or CRM connector as scoped

How it is controlled

Who decides what.

  • The agent answers only from knowledge you approve.
  • Actions are allowlisted. Anything outside the list requires a person.
  • Escalation rules and identification requirements are yours to set.
  • Every interaction is recorded with what the agent did and why.

Demonstration

Teach the agent a business, then ask it a real customer question.

What you see

The agent takes in a services-and-FAQ document, confirms what it learned, then answers a Saturday-availability question and a how-long-does-it-take question.

Completion evidence

The answer is grounded in the uploaded document, and the agent states what it learned before it answers.

What a scoped demo adds

A scoped demo runs the same flow on your own knowledge, your channel and your booking or helpdesk system.

This is a recording of the product against a synthetic business. No client data, records or systems appear in it. In a live deployment we always tell the person that they are interacting with AI.

Service agent: learning a business, then answering a customer

Product walkthroughSynthetic data

The agent is given a demo contractor's services-and-FAQ document, learns it, then handles a real customer question about Saturday availability and how long a kitchen takes.

50 seconds · captions are burned into the recording · the business, contacts and records shown are synthetic

A walkthrough of the product, not a recording of a client deployment. Want to see it against your own workflow? Ask for a scoped demo.

Figures in review

Figures from this engagement are withheld until their definitions, reporting window and client permission are confirmed. The qualitative case is published; the numbers follow once they can stand on their own.

Measurement

How we will know it worked.

Agreed before launch, with a baseline. Speed on its own is not a result.

Answered-interaction coverage
Share of contacts that got a response at all.
Successful resolution for eligible requests
Measured against the requests the agent is scoped to handle.
Verified booking or ticket completion
Confirmed in the connected system, not inferred from the conversation.
Time to first response
Including out-of-hours contacts.
Escalation rate
Read alongside resolution — a low escalation rate is not automatically good.
Repeat contact
Guards against faster handling that hides rework.
Customer satisfaction
Collected on the same basis as your existing measure.
Cost per successful outcome
Not cost per call.

Getting started

How a first deployment runs.

  1. 1

    Choose one workflow

One high-volume enquiry type with an accountable business owner.

  2. 2

    Prepare approved knowledge

We work from your existing material; you approve what the agent may say.

  3. 3

    Connect the channel and systems

Phone or web, plus the calendar, helpdesk or CRM in scope.

  4. 4

    Set actions and approvals

What the agent may complete alone, and where a person steps in.

  5. 5

    Pilot and measure

Baseline first, then a measured pilot against the outcomes above.

Commercial model

Setup and knowledge configuration, a scoped pilot, then recurring platform and operating fees.

The usage allowance is defined per deployment — specify whether calls, minutes, conversations or completed workflows drive it.

Overages and support levels are stated in the proposal, not left implicit.

We do not publish a price list. Scope drives cost, and we would rather quote your workflow than a generic package.

Questions

Before you book.

What happens when the agent does not know?

It says so and hands over to a person with the conversation context. We configure the escalation path with you, and we would rather show you that behaviour in the demo than hide it.

Which languages are supported?

Supported languages are confirmed per channel and per deployment. Ask us to state the specific list for your configuration in writing — we do not infer voice support from translated content.

Does it replace our service team?

No. The scope is a defined set of requests, with a human handover for everything else. Teams typically move to the work that needs judgment.

How long before it is live?

A single workflow pilot is the usual starting point. The gating factor is normally knowledge approval and system access, not the agent itself.

Next step

Map one workflow with us.

Tell us where the work slows down. We will come back with the agent scope, the systems it needs, and how we would measure the result.

Not sure this is the right offer? The other two are Autonomous Revenue Agent and Employee Digital Twins.
