Who it is for
- Buyer

- Trigger
- Leads arrive, but follow-up, qualification and booking are fragmented
- Best first step
- One offer, one campaign journey and one sales handover
Where it stops
Be clear about the autonomy boundary. The supplied architecture ends at a qualified, booked and handed-over opportunity. It does not by itself demonstrate autonomous budget allocation, contract negotiation or closed-won revenue — those remain with your team unless separately scoped and proven.
Capability scope
What this can do today.
Each capability carries its availability status and its deployment scope. Planned items are labelled as planned. Nothing here is a promise we have not scoped.
| Capability | Scope | Status |
|---|---|---|
Conversational qualification Multi-channel qualification against client-defined criteria. Channels enabled per deployment. | Channels enabled per deployment. | Available to configure |
CRM capture and attribution Lead record creation and update with campaign metadata preserved. Per CRM connector scoped for the deployment. | Per CRM connector scoped for the deployment. | Available to configure |

What you provide
What it needs from you.
- The offer, audience and approved claims the agent may use
- Qualification criteria and disqualification rules
- Spend limits and the controls that govern them
- A CRM and calendar connector as scoped
- Campaign tagging so attribution survives the journey
How it is controlled
Who decides what.
- You define the audience, offer, approved claims and spend limits.
- Publishing campaigns, changing spend and agreeing discounts use explicit controls.
- Qualification rules are written down and versioned, not improvised.
- Your sales team retains every opportunity that needs negotiation.
Demonstration
Qualify a webinar registrant in conversation.
What you see
The qualifier answers a registrant's questions on scope, timelines and whether a recording exists, while capturing where they are in their decision.
Completion evidence
Registrant intent captured against the qualification criteria and ready for handover.
What a scoped demo adds
A scoped demo uses your offer, your qualification criteria and the CRM fields you report on.
This is a recording of the product against a synthetic business. No client data, records or systems appear in it. In a live deployment we always tell the person that they are interacting with AI.
Revenue agent: qualifying a webinar registrant
A qualifier agent for a demo villa-renovation webinar answers a registrant's questions about scope, timelines and whether a recording is available, while capturing where they are in their decision.
47 seconds · captions are burned into the recording · the business, contacts and records shown are synthetic
A walkthrough of the product, not a recording of a client deployment. Want to see it against your own workflow? Ask for a scoped demo.
Evidence
Lead-generation experience behind our revenue solutions
A content, webinar and paid-and-organic campaign programme reaching SME professionals in the UAE, with landing pages and lead capture.
Figures in review
Figures from this engagement are withheld until their definitions, reporting window and client permission are confirmed. The qualitative case is published; the numbers follow once they can stand on their own.
Measurement
How we will know it worked.
Agreed before launch, with a baseline. Speed on its own is not a result.
- Qualified opportunities
- Against your written qualification definition.
- Booking and attendance rates
- A booked meeting is not an attended one.
- Sales-accepted leads
- Accepted by the seller, not by the form.
- Opportunity progression
- Stage movement, not activity counts.
- Attributable closed-won revenue
- Generated and influenced pipeline kept separate.
- Contribution margin
- After media, third-party and platform costs.
Getting started
How a first deployment runs.
- 1
Pick one offer and one journey
A single campaign path with a named commercial owner.
- 2
Write the qualification rules
Explicit criteria, so 'qualified' means the same thing to marketing and sales.
- 3
Connect CRM and calendar
Including the attribution fields you report on.
- 4
Agree the autonomy boundary
What the agent completes, and what requires a person.
- 5
Baseline, launch, measure
Capture the attribution window and baseline before launch, not after.
Commercial model
Implementation plus recurring operation and platform usage.
Media spend, third-party costs and creative services are quoted separately.
Outcome-based fees only once the definition, attribution method and quality threshold are agreed in writing.
We do not publish a price list. Scope drives cost, and we would rather quote your workflow than a generic package.
Questions
Before you book.
Is this really autonomous?
It runs the journey from arrival to a qualified, booked, handed-over opportunity without a person in each step. It does not move your ad budget, negotiate or close. We would rather state that boundary than let you discover it in month two.
Will it create duplicate CRM records?
Requests are written with an idempotency key and deduplicated, so a timeout does not produce a second record or silently lose an enquiry.
How do you attribute revenue?
We agree the attribution window and the baseline before launch, and we report generated and influenced pipeline separately.
Who owns the sales conversation?
Your team. The agent's job is to make sure the conversation happens with the right prospect, with context attached.
