Pricing
Clear pricing for completed work.
Each task has an agreed scope, completion standard, and unit price. Any setup or integration fees are quoted upfront.
The commercial model
One-time onboarding where needed + completed outputs × agreed unit price
Not licences, not seats. Finished work, at a price per finished item.
Units

A qualified lead and a qualified meeting are not the same unit. Collapsing them is how per-task pricing turns into an argument, so the quote keeps them apart.
What moves the number
Why we quote rather than publish a rate card.
The same-sounding task can be easy in one business and hard in another.
The task itself
Answering a known question and qualifying a prospect against commercial criteria are different pieces of work, and priced differently.
Complexity
How much judgment the task needs, how many sources it draws on, and how precise the completion standard has to be.
Volume
Agreed volume bands reduce the unit price. We set these with you rather than discovering them later.
Integrations
What has to be connected, and whether the connector is native, configured or a custom build.
Delivery requirements
Channels, languages, hours of coverage, review steps and reporting.
How we keep it fair
What stops per-task pricing becoming a surprise.
Paying per output only works if the boundary is clear. These commitments go into the quote, not just onto this page.
Completion is defined before work starts
The quote states what qualifies as a completed output for your task, how quality is assessed, and how exceptions and rework are handled. Rework caused by the agent is ours, not yours.
One output, one charge
The internal steps, conversations and retries an agent takes to reach the output are not separately billable. You will not find intermediate agent turns on an invoice.
Different tasks, different rates
A qualified lead and a qualified meeting are different units with different prices. Each workflow states which unit you are buying.
Spending limits you set
Agreed volume caps and spending limits where offered, so a per-task model cannot produce a surprise invoice.
Pass-through costs are separate
Media spend and exceptional third-party charges are identified and quoted separately from the work itself.
Onboarding is quoted upfront
Where configuration or integration work is needed, it is a one-time fee you see before you commit — not a surcharge discovered later.
