Connected system
Lead recorded and meeting booked
CRM record created with the reasoning attached; appointment booked against live availability.
Your team · approval point
Seller picks up with full context
Your team owns the negotiation and the close.
An example of the work, not a recording of a client deployment.
What you buy
What counts as complete.
Different units, different prices. The quote names which one you are buying.
Approved campaign asset
Approved by your marketing owner. Revisions within the brief are included.
Sales-accepted qualified lead
Meets your criteria, lands in your CRM with the reasoning, and your sales team accepts it. Rejected on agreed grounds? Not billed.
Qualified meeting held
Booked with a qualified prospect, and attended. A no-show is not a held meeting — you choose which one you buy.
Billing boundary
One agreed unit, billed once. Conversations and retries are not billable. Media spend is quoted separately.
Flagship engagement
Autonomous Revenue Agent
Our flagship engagement in this category. One connected journey rather than a stack of disconnected tools, configured around your offer, your qualification criteria and your sales process.
How the journey connects
Approved campaign material feeds the conversations. Conversations produce lead records. Lead records drive follow-up and booking. The handover carries the context your seller needs. Each engagement names which unit you are buying — a qualified lead or a qualified meeting — before work starts.
The connected journey
- 1Attract interest
- 2Engage prospects
- 3Qualify

Who hires this
- Buyer
- CMO, sales leader, founder or commercial director
- Budget
- Marketing, sales operations and CRM
- Trigger
- Interest arrives, but follow-up, qualification and booking are fragmented
- Best first job
- One offer, one campaign journey and one sales handover
Where it stops
The work ends at a qualified, booked, handed-over opportunity. The agent does not move your budget, negotiate or close. Billing on closed revenue needs a specific contract, not a website promise.
Inputs
What you provide.
See the 5 inputs
- The offer, audience and approved claims the agent may use
- Written qualification criteria, including what disqualifies
- A CRM and calendar connector as scoped
- Campaign tagging, so attribution survives the journey
- A named commercial owner who accepts or rejects the output
Your oversight
Who decides what.
- You define the audience, offer, approved claims and spend limits.
- Publishing campaigns and changing spend use explicit human controls.
- Qualification rules are written down and versioned, not improvised.
- Your sales team keeps every opportunity that needs negotiation.

Measurement
How we will know it worked.
Agreed up front, with a baseline. Volume is not a result.
- Qualified opportunitiesAgainst your written definition.
- Booking and attendance ratesBooked is not attended.
- Sales-accepted leadsBy the seller, not the form.
- Opportunity progressionStage movement, not activity.
- Cost per accepted outputDecides whether to scale.
- Contribution marginAfter media and platform costs.
What exactly am I paying for?
One agreed output unit: an approved campaign asset, a sales-accepted qualified lead, or a qualified meeting held. The quote names which one, defines what completion means, and states how rework and exceptions are handled.
What if your agent sends us a bad lead?
If it fails the written qualification criteria your team isn't billed for it. That is the point of agreeing the criteria and the completion standard before we start.
Will you bill us for closed revenue?
Only where the attribution method is genuinely agreed and contractible. We would rather bill a unit we can both verify than argue about influence six months later.
Who owns the sales conversation?
Your team. The agent's job is to make sure the conversation happens with the right prospect, with context attached.

We'll come back with the scope, the completion standard and the price per output.
